The desired location for your event is not available on your selected date; in such cases, we will analyze the best alternative venue of equal or greater benefit, always according to your wishes and events specificities, before considering cancelation.
The desired product or service is currently unavailable for reasons beyond our control; in such cases, we will analyze the best alternative product/service of equal or greater quality, always according to your wishes and events specificities, before considering cancelation.
If there are any concerns or issues with an arrangement, venue, product, or service, you will be contacted immediately by one of our administrators, designers, or planners.
If you change your mind about an arrangement, venue, product, or service and wish to cancel, you may do so up to our suppliers’ and partners’ cancelation terms and conditions—we provide all of this information during your initial consultation about your event.
